Payment
All projects at Seven Ink Design require a 50% deposit prior to their initiation. The remainder is due upon completion of the project. All payments must be made by cash, cheque or money order within 30 days of the invoice issue date.

Upon final payment Seven Ink Design will release final approved files to the client. Note all working files remain the property of Seven Ink Design.

Cancellation or Pause in Project Development

A request to cancel a project must be made in writing to Seven Ink Design. Work will cease immediately and the client will be charged for the hours accumulated in project development before the cancellation request was made.

A request to pause project development must be made in writing to Seven Ink Design. Any delay requested by the client that exceeds 30 days will be considered a cancellation, and hence payment for the accumulated hours must be received before work is continued.

Seven Ink Design reserves the right to delay or stop any project development for any reason without liability. If development is stopped by Seven Ink Design, the client will be refunded the deposit minus any billable hours.

Copyright
All materials supplied by the client to Seven Ink Design for project development must be either owned by the client or given copyright permission for publication.

All websites and digital marketing material created by Seven Ink Design must bear the statement "Web Design by: Seven Ink Design".

Seven Ink Design reserves the right to include all projects created or developed by us in our portfolio.

Delivery & Functionality
Materials will be delivered in current industry standards formats / languages; future functionality cannot be guaranteed.

Updates, Maintenance and Future Development
Website updates, maintenance and future development are not included within the parameters of design and development contracts unless otherwise stated. These services can be purchased on an as-needed basis, a minimum of one hour will be charged for all web updates or developments.  

Limitation of Liability
Seven Ink Design will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising in connection with the projects that we developed.

Seven Ink Design is not responsible for services provided by any independent agencies including but not limited to domain name registrars, hosting providers, and internet service providers.
